I cater to a wide-range of clients from Brookline and throughout the Boston area. I work with body builders, marathoners, as well as people overcoming physical challenges like poor joints, bad backs, recent surgeries or illness.
MY (UNEXPECTED) STORY
Following a traumatic accident in 1992, I spent three years in a wheelchair. My weight ballooned to over 340lbs and I started to give up hope of ever enjoying life again. But with the help of a personal trainer, I was able to start using by body again. Then I started to walk. Then I started lifting weights . . .heavy ones.
Over the next year, I managed to drop over 100lbs. Now I teach others how to do it.

As a personal trainer, I know how hard it can be to get started. But I also know how life-changing and
life-affirming being strong and healthy feels. My mission is to help you feel good in your body.
I believe in a no-pain approach to getting into shape. You’re going to feel the burn, but not in your back or joints. I want you to love life and stay strong!
